Shipping within India
CZTL.in ships only to addresses within India. We deliver to all PIN codes serviced by our courier partners.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders. Prices shown on the website already include GST.

Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days of dispatch. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays, weather or local restrictions.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped we will email you the courier name, tracking number and tracking link.

Delivery attempts
Courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails after all attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be charged.

Incorrect address
Please check your address and PIN code carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We can correct it only before the order is dispatched.

Damaged package
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Delayed delivery
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
