You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

We try to make product descriptions, images and specifications accurate. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images. Always read the product label before use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay using the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

The CZTL name, logo, website content and images belong to CZTL. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the website for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for misuse of the product.

You are responsible for giving accurate contact and delivery details, for storing and using the product as described on the label, and for keeping the product away from children.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.
